CPR/LVR

Overview:

This nationally recognised course provides essential life-saving skills for workers who operate or supervise tasks in low-voltage environments. Focused on real-world emergency response, the training teaches how to perform CPR and rescue a person from a low-voltage electrical incident safely. It is mandatory for many electrical roles and ensures compliance with Australian workplace safety legislation.

Training Objectives:

To provide participants with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to a person suffering cardiac arrest or electric shock.

To develop confidence in applying CPR techniques using industry-approved methods and equipment.

To understand the correct procedure for low-voltage rescues, including risk assessment and approach strategies

To ensure compliance with first aid and electrical safety requirements under national WHS regulations.

To instill awareness of the importance of timely emergency action and legal responsibilities in the workplace.
