Overview:

The First Aid course provides participants with the essential skills to respond to a range of medical emergencies in the workplace or community. This hands-on training includes CPR, bleeding control, burn treatment, fracture management, and emergency response protocols. It is suitable for all industries and is a legal requirement in many workplaces.

Training Objectives:

To provide foundational knowledge for recognising and managing common workplace injuries and illnesses.

To develop the ability to respond to emergencies using the DRSABCD action plan.

To enable participants to perform CPR and use an AED (automated external defibrillator) confidently.

To prepare participants to act quickly and calmly in the event of serious incidents such as heart attacks, seizures, or allergic reactions.
